1How can I make a private transfer reservation?

You can easily book your transfer according to your favourite ways of communication: Directly on the website, e-mail, Whatsapp.

2What pick-up time should I set?

We recommend you to specify your flight arrival time as the beginning of your transfer. In this case, it is more convenient for a driver to organize the meeting.

3How do I know if my booking has gone through?

After you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher containing your booking number and all the details of your journey.

If you have not received the email with the confirmation, please Please check your spam folder. If it’s in there. If it’s not contact by email at booking@pragueairporttransfer.co.uk or in Whatsapp chat.

4Will I have to pay extra for waiting?

If you are booking a taxi transfer from the airport to the city, the price already includes one hour of waiting after the scheduled arrival time. If your flight is being delayed for less than 30 minutes, the driver will monitor it and arrive by the time of landing.

Please Note: The driver will wait up to 60 minutes from arrival time.

If you book a transfer from the hotel, the price includes 15 minutes of waiting from the time stated in the order.

5What should I do if my flight is delayed?

As soon as you find out that your flight is delayed, please inform via email booking@pragueairporttransfer.co.uk or in Whatsapp chat.

Provide the order number and the new arrival time.

6What if I am travelling with dog?

If you are carrying a dog please note that the dog must be placed in a dog crate, otherwise we might not be able to accommodate your transport. There are no extra charges for such transport but we might need to use a large vehicle depending on your dog’s size.

7If you need to collect keys from an office before going to your apartment?

If you are staying in a holiday or service apartment and you need to pick up keys at the rental office/booking agency before heading to your apartment, there is no extra charge (if both address are in the city centre) . We charge an extra fee only if the driver has to wait for you for a significantly longer period (normally more than 15 minutes).

8Our group is staying at different hotels; do you charge extra for additional drop-off locations?

Our transfer price from Prague airport includes two drop-off hotels (if they are both in the city centre). If your party is going to more than two hotels or extra address is outside of city centre, then there may be an extra charge of 10 Euros for each additional drop-off per booking. If this is the case, you’ll be told about it in your confirmation email after you’ve booked your Prague transport service with us.

9What is your smoking policy?

We operate a no smoking policy in all vehicles.

10Do you offer transfer for passengers who are confined to a wheelchair?

We don’t offer this service. Please contact local airport authority for assistance.

11Is the price for a car or for a passenger?

All prices displayed on the website are provided per car.

12How do I change or cancel my booking?

13Is it necessary to book child seats?

Child seats are required. Safety of children transportation is regulated by law and there are penalties for not using child seats. Child seats are for free.

14How can I find my driver?

If a pick-up place is an airport, the driver will be ready with orange placards with our website name and your name on it at the exit of arrivals area of the airport after you passed passport control and claimed baggage.

If a pick-up place is a hotel, the driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby.

Meet-up instructions are sent in the e-mail in confirming your booking.

15How can I contact my driver?

You will get the driver’s contact number per SMS on your phone, which you specified when booking the transfer.

Important note: to call the driver, use the phone number sent to you in a message, as the sender’s number is not the channel of communication.

16How can I be sure that my driver will pick me up?

We guarantee that the driver will do his/her best to meet you. The driver will have your number and you will have his/hers. Please, keep your phone switched on.

If the driver does not meet you, we will refund you in full. If there is no driver waiting for you at the airport once you arrive, please contact us as soon as possible via whatsapp so that we can find out why and get an alternative driver to you immediately.

17Do you offer transfer outside of Prague?

Yes, we offer tours, transfer outside of Prague etc... For those please send us a custom request.
